ORDERS

How can I place an order?

You can place an order through our website by visiting www.rootsbytayo.com. Our standard order processing time for in stock items is 1-3 business days and 10-15 business days for preorders, which may be extended during sale periods. When custom orders are processed, this standard processing time will not apply, and customers will be informed of the applicable processing time.

 

If you have placed a custom order with us, the processing time can be found on the listing. If you have placed a custom order and have questions about the processing time you can contact us at hello@rootsbytayo.com with your order number in the subject line.

 

How can I pay for an order?

You can pay for your order by credit card, Afterpay or PayPal via our secure payment gateway.

Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard and will be processed through Shopify.

 

Why have I received an email regarding changes to my order?

The prices of our products (other than for trade or wholesale customers) are displayed on our website.

We endeavour to maintain accurate information on our website, but from time to time there may be errors. If the purchase price is more or less than the price displayed, we reserve the right to correct the error.

Our website displays live information about stock availability. However, from time to time there may be issues with third party platforms which may impact the accurate display of stock availability. We will tell you if stock is no longer available for a product that you have purchased.
