Shipping Time
Standard Domestic Shipping - We aim for 2-14 business days depending on the origin and destination of items to be shipped, which may be extended during sale periods.
Express Domestic Shipping – We aim for 1-4 business days depending on the origin and destination of items to be shipped, which may be extended during sale periods.
International Shipping - We aim for 3-15 business days depending on the origin and destination of items to be shipped, which may be extended during sale periods.
Please note: These times are estimates only, from time to time the Australia post network experiences delays and this may push out your delivery. We do not accept any responsibility for delays by Australia post or any other delivery provider once your order has been dispatched.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, with the shipping cost dependent on your location and the size of your order. You will be able to view the shipping cost for your order prior to payment.
If you decide to return a product you must pay for the cost of return shipping.
Customs and Duties
We are not responsible for any customs or taxes that may become payable in relation to the goods you have ordered from us.
If any customs or taxes become payable, you agree that Roots by Tayo is not liable to pay or reimburse you for those payments.
Shipping & Lost Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, Roots by Tayo is no longer responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged parcels. Any issues that arise during transit must be followed up directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking details provided.
We will always assist where we can, but we cannot accept liability or provide refunds for parcels that are lost or delayed by the courier.
How will my order be delivered?
Your products may be delivered by Australia Post and other local couriers.
We will confirm whether we are able to deliver to your nominated delivery address after your order is submitted. We will only process payment for products that you order once we have confirmed we are able to deliver your products to you.
Roots by Tayo is unable to guarantee exact delivery times.
When we deliver products to your nominated address, you must make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the products. Failure to take delivery of products may incur additional costs, such as storage charges. These charges are available on application.
If you ask us to deliver products to a third party and/or site, delivery will occur when we leave the products with the nominated third party or at the site.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Should you wish to change your order after your payment has been processed, please email us immediately at hello@rootsbytayo.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request. There may be instances where we are unable to modify your order, for example where goods have already been dispatched from our warehouse.

I have made an error in my shipping address; can I change my shipping address?
It is the responsibility of buyers to ensure that they provide accurate delivery addresses, and we do not accept any responsibility for the outcome of a buyer providing an incorrect address. We cannot guarantee that changes to shipping addresses can be made after an order has been submitted. However, please notify us immediately if your shipping address has been incorrectly provided by emailing hello@rootsbytayo.com. We will try our best to see whether we can be of assistance in any way. If so, note that the dispatch of your order may nonetheless be delayed.
